Ala Hino

Ala Hino has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ala is currently working at Gong as an Engineering Team Lead since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Gong from October 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Gong, Ala Hino worked at Red Hat as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2015 to September 2018.

Ala also has an extensive tenure at Cisco Systems, where they served as a Technical Leader from November 2012 to December 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer from May 2010 to November 2012 and Software Engineer from July 2006 to May 2010. During their time at Cisco, they primarily focused on server-side frameworks and management architecture.

Ala Hino began their career at TTI Telecom as a Software Engineer from January 2005 to May 2006. Ala also briefly worked at Polycom as a Software Engineer from June 2004 to December 2004.

Their earliest work experience was at TTI Telecom, where they worked as a Software Engineer from January 2000 to May 2004. Prior to that, they had a brief stint at Porta Soft as a Student from January 1999 to November 1999, and as a Software Engineer for a short period in 1999.

Ala Hino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IDC, studying from 2012 to 2014.
