Chip Grossman's work experience begins in 2011 with a summer internship at SNL Financial. In 2012, they worked in customer service at Farmington Country Club. In 2013, they were a marketing intern at Red Light Management, and in 2015, they had a sales intern role at Bold Rock Hard Cider. In 2016, Chip joined Red Bull, where they worked as an account manager and later as the Chief of Staff to the General Manager. In 2017, they had a brief role as a contributing writer at Thrive Global. In 2019, Chip worked as an Executive Coach and Partner at Emotous. Chip'smost recent position, starting in 2020, is at Gong, where they have held various customer success manager roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Success, Commercial.

Chip Grossman completed their education with a Master's degree in Commerce from UVA McIntire School of Commerce in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Virginia between 2013 and 2015, with a focus on Economics and Spanish.
