Mona Patel

Mona Patel is an experienced Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience Specialist at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network since October 2019, focusing on diversity recruitment and nurse recruitment. Previously, Mona served as the Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from February 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included employee relations and labor and employment law. Additionally, Mona gained early experience as a Recruiter/Human Resources Intern at Maxim Healthcare Services in 2013. Mona holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Administration with a minor in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
