Lanay Downtain

Lanay Downtain, PHR, currently serves as a Sr. Payroll & Benefits Specialist at good2grow™ since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lanay worked at Henssler Financial from May 2017 to July 2024 as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, reporting, payroll, HRIS, and record maintenance. From August 2014 to May 2017, Lanay was an Academic Coordinator at Kennesaw State University, managing the lab and advising junior and senior psychology majors. Additionally, Lanay held the position of Archival Specialist at Georgia Land Surveying Co from September 2011 to August 2014. Lanay earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University between 2016 and 2018 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the same institution from 2010 to 2014.
