Frederike Schirmer-Johannsen

Frederike Schirmer-Johannsen's work experience includes working at Goodgame Studios as a Senior HR Manager from January 2019 to the present. Frederike also took parental leave from August 2017 to December 2018 and from January 2020 to August 2020. Prior to their current role, they worked at Goodgame Studios as an HR Manager in Development & Training from November 2016 to July 2017, as a Business Partner - Recruiting from November 2015 to October 2016, and as an HR Manager - Recruiting from January 2013 to November 2015.

Before joining Goodgame Studios, Frederike worked at perZukunft, where they served as a Team Leader/Recruiter from September 2011 to August 2012 and as a Trainee for Branch Management from September 2010 to August 2011.

Frederike Schirmer-Johannsen pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they engaged in further education from 2015 to 2016 at AETK - Institut für systemisches Coaching, where they obtained a certification as a Systemic Coach und Prozessbegleiter.
