Gaurav Malhotra

Gaurav Malhotra has a diverse range of work experience across various industries and roles. Gaurav is currently working as a Payments Product Lead at GoodLeap LLC since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Citi for several years, holding roles such as Senior Product Manager for Real Time Payments and Senior Product Manager for Digital Wallets and Secure Remote Commerce. In these positions, Gaurav was responsible for defining product strategies, driving adoption and scale, and managing partnerships with companies like Apple, MasterCard, and Visa. Gaurav also played a role in the launch of Citibank's first proprietary digital wallet in the US. Before joining Citi, Gaurav worked as a Business Strategy Manager at Citigold Wealth Management, where they handled financial reviews, performance reports, and internal communications. Additionally, they served as the Technology Head at Climate Connect, a clean energy-focused media and analytics company, and worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they led the design and upgrade of an equities trading platform. Gaurav began their career as an Associate Consultant at Oracle.

Gaurav Malhotra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering- Electronics & Tele Comm from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Gaurav then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. In addition, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Certification from ITIL in 2012.
