Rosie Raizen has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Rosie is currently working as the Head of UX at GoodLeap LLC, where they oversee the research and discovery program across products. Prior to this, they held the role of Product Designer at the same company, where they leveraged the full product design process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Before joining GoodLeap LLC, Rosie worked as a Freelance Contractor, taking on the role of Product Designer. Some of their notable clients during this time included Outschool, where they conducted qualitative user research to support fundraising efforts, and Nacci | User Insights Agency, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to research and design data dashboard solutions for companies such as Zulily, BET, and Pandora Jewelry.
Rosie also had experience as a Freelance Product Designer at Cheeseburger Therapy, where they generated and maintained product roadmaps, implemented innovative designs for message-response feedback, and updated payment flows to improve user conversion.
In their earlier years, Rosie served as Lead Designer at Little Weaver Web Collective, where they conducted user research and managed a remote team of designers and engineers. Rosie also performed quality assurance to ensure deliverables met business goals and user needs.
Rosie's career in design began as a Graphic Designer at Drivers Incorporated, where they gained foundational experience before moving into product design and user experience roles.
Rosie Raizen pursued their education starting in 2004 at Bard College at Simon's Rock, where they completed their Associates of Liberal Arts degree. Rosie then went on to study at Moore College of Art and Design from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General.
