Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the human resources and benefits industry. Lisa is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at the same organization, responsible for designing and implementing the Total Rewards Strategy. Before joining Goodwill, Lisa was the Director of Benefits at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana for four years, where they focused on employee health and wellness. Lisa started their career as a Benefit Consultant at Mavum Consulting in 2003. Lisa is a highly skilled and motivated professional with a strong understanding of benefits programs and their impact on employees.

Lisa Allen earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Purdue University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management & Business Administration.
