Executive Management

The Executive Management team at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s diverse programs and services. This team develops and implements policies that align with the mission of empowering individuals through education, health, and employment, while managing key operational areas such as retail, human resources, philanthropy, and risk management. Through collaboration and innovation, they work to enhance the impact of Goodwill’s initiatives across the 39 counties served.
