Marcos Williams

Marcos Williams has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles. Marcos is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Houston since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent at the same organization from June 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Goodwill Industries, Marcos worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at a private company from March 2019 to December 2022. Marcos also held the position of Store Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors from November 2016 to June 2017 and at Ross Stores, Inc. from October 2014 to October 2016. Marcos has expertise in retail management as well, having worked as a General Manager at JCPenney from June 2017 to May 2018 and as an Executive Team Leader- Human Resources at Target from May 2011 to October 2014. Marcos started their career as a Human Resources Rep at Exel from January 2009 to May 2011.

Marcos Williams completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Sam Houston State University between 2004 and 2008.
