Kristie Williams, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Kristie worked at Goodwill Keystone Area from 1999 to the present, starting as a Payroll Manager and then transitioning to HRIS Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Benefits & Compensation. Prior to this, they worked at Stauffers of Kissel Hill as a Data Entry Admin from 1994 to 1999. Kristie also gained experience at Goodwill Industries Southeastern PA as a Payroll Clerk from 1989 to 1994.

Kristie Williams, SHRM-CP, PHR completed a Master Certification in HR Management from Villanova University from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in July 2018 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2017.
