Orlando Starkes

Orlando Starkes has been working in the Goodwill organization for over 9 years. Orlando started out as an Operations Manager for Contract Services and was later promoted to Director of Contract Services for Commercial at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia. In this role, they oversee all aspects of contract services operations for Goodwill. This includes managing budgets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that all contracts are fulfilled. Orlando is also responsible for training and development of staff, as well as safety and compliance.
