Ingrid Minott

Ingrid Minott is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary for Goodyear Canada since November 2018, Ingrid oversees all legal and regulatory matters within the organization. Prior to this role, Ingrid was Legal Counsel for North American operations at Goodyear, managing legal issues across procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and chemical business units. Ingrid also accumulated valuable experience at Deloitte LLP, where responsibilities included handling complex commercial litigation and providing legal support across various business functions. Earlier roles include Associate Lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where Ingrid handled a range of commercial legal disputes, and a sessional instructor at Humber College, focusing on paralegal education. Ingrid holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy and an LLB from the University of Windsor, along with advanced degrees in International Relations and Political Science from York University.
