Rob Gerling

Rob Gerling is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and labor relations. At The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from January 2014 to July 2021, Gerling served as Senior Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for Americas Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Chemical business, in addition to providing guidance for Latin America HR. Previous roles include Human Resources Director for Americas Operations, and HR Director for North America Operations, emphasizing people management and teamwork. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Lead at BP, where Gerling was a member of the Business Unit Leadership Team responsible for all HR activities, and as Director of Labor Relations at Delphi, managing multi-site responsibilities across various unions.
