César Beltrán Miralles

César Beltrán Miralles is an accomplished Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Pixel devices Technical Program Manager Lead for Google Fi since November 2018. Prior to this role, César held positions at Sprint where management of sustaining and new features for Fi included significant advancements such as Sprint IPv6 and T-Mobile 5G SA, as well as overseeing the certification of new Pixel devices. With a background at Ericsson from 2000 to 2018, César managed various programs including 5G Core User Plane deliverables and multiple Smart Services Router projects, demonstrating expertise in driving multicultural teams and implementing effective testing strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science from Universitat Politècnica de València, along with ongoing executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
