Francisca Lencastre d'Almeida

Francisca Lencastre d'Almeida has been working in the field of social services since 2015. Francisca began their career as an Educadora Social at Centro Social Paroquial de Nossa Senhora da Vitória and also worked in the same role at APPACDM de São Mamede and Associação de Solidariedade Social do Senhor do Bonfim. In 2019, they joined IES-Social Business School in a variety of roles, including Mentoring, Community Manager and Operations. Francisca is currently employed with Goparity | Impact finance as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist.

Francisca Lencastre d'Almeida has an education history that includes a Pós-Graduação in Gestão de Projetos de Cooperação para o Desenvolvimento from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2018-2019), a Licenciatura in Educação Social from Instituto Politécnico do Porto (2014-2017), and they are an Alumni IES-SBS in Empreendedorismo Social from IES-Social Business School. Additionally, they have a Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas (CCP) from IEFP, obtained in December 2018.
