Deena Dajani

Deena has substantial experience in grantmaking and operations management. Prior to joining the foundation, Deena worked as a grant analyst with Arnold Ventures, where she oversaw critical centralized functions and helped improve grants management systems, processes, and technology systems. Before that, she worked at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, where she had a grant-supporting role.

Deena holds a master's degree in public administration from San Diego State University and graduated with honors.
