Bob O'Shaughnessy has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Bob started their career at Kinko's as a Computer Services Consultant from January 1996 to January 1998. During this time, they provided desktop publishing and design services, troubleshooted customer files, and assisted customers with computer usage. Bob also maintained the site's computer systems and provided telephone support to other Kinko's sites.

Following their time at Kinko's, Bob worked at Ohio State University College of Medicine as a Graphic Designer from January 1998 to September 1998. Here, they created presentations, posters, flyers, and other visual materials for medical professionals and maintained the network for job submission. Bob also provided telephone support and instructions to customers.

Since September 1998, Bob has been working at Gordon Flesch Co., Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer. Finally, in both 2007 and 2010, they earned the Canon ATSP imagePRESS Systems Engineer certification from Canon USA.
