Responsibilities:

  • New Account Seeking & Coverage: Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Developing New Opportunities with a Solid Pipeline: Proactively generate new business opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline for sustainable growth.
  • Achieving Quick Wins within 6 Months: Focus on closing deals promptly to meet immediate sales targets.
  • Building a Mid-term Solid Pipeline with Large Deals: Strategically plan and build a pipeline of significant deals to ensure long-term success.
  • Clarifying Customer Requirements: Understand and articulate customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Developing Reasonable Sales Strategies/Plans: Capable of creating and executing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Existing Connection/Pipelines: Preferably has established relationships and a network within the industry to leverage for sales opportunities.
  • Meeting Sales Quotas (by quarter): Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Good External & Internal Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both external clients and internal teams.
  • Good Understanding of Solutions and Key ROI: Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition and return on investment of the company's solutions.
  • Experience with Taiwan Government Procurement Processes: Knowledge of system integrator partnerships and channel sales collaboration is preferred.
  • Fluency in English: Proficient in speaking and communication.
