Jacquelyn Hughes

Jacquelyn Hughes has been in the technology industry since 2005. Jacquelyn began their career as a Technical Support Representative at 2Wire in 2005, followed by a Technical Support Representative role at eTelecare Global Solutions in 2006. In 2009, they took on the role of Field Technician at Red Seven Computer Company. Since 2010, they have been working as a Technical Trainer/Project Manager at Goserco.

Jacquelyn Hughes obtained a BA in Communications from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh between 1975 and 1979. Jacquelyn has also obtained certifications from ConnectWise as a Professional Administrator in 2015, A+ from CompTIA, and Network+ from CompTIA.
