Head of Customer Success at GOSHABA

Andréa Folliet has extensive work experience in customer success and consultancy roles. Andréa currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at GOSHABA since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Critizr for over two years, from November 2019 to May 2022. Andréa also had a successful tenure at Talentsoft, where they held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager for Hello Talent from 2017 to 2019. Andréa also served as the Head of Premium Customer Service, Head of Customer Community, and Consultante SIRH Support Premium at Talentsoft from 2011 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Andréa worked as a Consultante Recrutement at HUMAN SPHERE from September 2009 to May 2011.

From 2005 to 2010, Andréa Folliet attended Ecole des Psychologues Praticiens. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Option RH, focusing on Human Resources.
