Maria Kislova

Maria Kislova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Maria started their career as an English Second Language Teacher at EF Education First in 2007 and later became an Assistant Director of Studies. In 2009, they moved to EF English First, where they worked as a Project Manager and then as the Director of Studies, managing a team of teachers and students. In 2014, Maria joined EF Academy as an International Boarding Schools Admissions Consultant, where they focused on product presentations, sales channels development, and brand promotion. Maria later became the Head of Admissions and the Country Product Manager, overseeing student recruitment, marketing, and sales. In 2019, Maria joined EF Education First as a Language School Director, responsible for opening a foreign language campus and managing operations. Maria then moved on to GoStudent in 2021, first serving as the Country Managing Director and then as the Strategic Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Sales Enablement Learning and Training at GoStudent, where they are involved in developing the sales culture and revamping onboarding and training experiences. Additionally, Maria worked at Cambridge ESOL as a Speaking Examiner, conducting assessments and interviews for language proficiency exams.

Maria Kislova attended Lomonosov Moscow State University from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Russian Language and Literature. Maria later obtained their Master's degree in Teaching English/German Language and Culture from Adygei State University, graduating in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Maria completed the Senior Leadership Program in 2023 at Lepaya and is currently pursuing the Advanced Leaders Program 1 at Junto, with an expected completion date in 2024.
