Marija Usonyte

Marija Usonyte has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, talent development, and HR projects. Marija most recently worked at GoStudent as the Head of People Operations DACH and previously held the role of HR Business Partner DACH (Team Lead). Prior to that, Marija worked at Schoenherr Attorneys at Law as an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and HR projects. Marija also has experience as a Junior HR Specialist at DO & CO Group, an HR Specialist at impacts Catering, and an HR Generalist/External Consultant at UAB Namu Administravimo Centras. Earlier in their career, Marija gained HR experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Coca-Cola Bottling Investments Group China, SBA Concern, and NAC, where they held various HR and administrative roles.

Marija Usonyte graduated with a Master's Degree in HRM und Arbeitsrecht MOEL, majoring in Austrian labor law, from FH Burgenland in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in European and International Business Law, majoring in labor law, from the University of Vienna in 2016. Marija also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Vienna, where they majored in human resources management, business law, and accounting, completing their degree in 2014. Their secondary education was obtained from Vytautas Didysis Gymnasium from 2000 to 2008.
