Anthony Loka

Anthony Loka currently serves as the Global Head of Reward at GoTo Group, the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia, where responsibilities include leading the Total Reward practice. Prior to this role, Anthony was the Reward Director for South East Asia and Australasia at Unilever, overseeing reward strategies for multiple countries in a fast-growing region. Anthony's experience also includes roles at Korn Ferry as a Regional Consultant, focusing on reward consulting and business development, and earlier positions at cHRysalis Society and Toshiba. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
