Daniel Waller Fcipd

Daniel Waller FCIPD serves as the Global Head of Reward at LRQA since May 2024, following a significant tenure at Fiserv as Director of Compensation & Benefits EMEA from January 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included designing and delivering compensation strategies across the region, pension governance, and job architecture implementation. Prior to this, Daniel held multiple senior HR positions at First Data Corporation from 2005 to 2017, including Director of HR, International Strategy & Programs, where key achievements encompassed leading graduate recruitment, managing structural changes for EMEA and APAC, and driving HR operational excellence. Additional experience includes an HR Specialist role at First Data and a Staff Development Administrator position at NHS. Daniel holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Business Psychology from the University of Derby.
