Hendrik Schumann

Hendrik Schumann is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and rewards, currently serving as Head of Global Reward at TUI since January 2024. Prior to this role, Hendrik held positions at Bilfinger as Head of Compensation & People Analytics and Interim Head of Talent Management & Academy from July 2020 to December 2023. With notable experience at BASF from October 2011 to June 2020, Hendrik advanced through various roles, including Senior Project Manager Compensation & Benefits and Senior HR Manager for the Middle East.
