Steve Smallbones

Steve Smallbones is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in driving acquisition and retention strategies at Gousto since June 2022. In previous roles, Steve led transformative efforts at the UK Ministry of Defence, overseeing a department of 190 personnel and managing significant budgets. Steve's expertise spans software engineering management, infrastructure engineering, and systems administration, delivering targeted initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Educationally, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kingston University, complemented by prior studies at Esher College.
