Kate Southard

Kate Southard has experience as an Assistant to Chef Rick Bayless at Frontera Grill - Topolobampo - XOCO. With Schulze and Burch, Kate worked as a Human Resources Assistant, where Kate promoted wellness initiatives and assisted with payroll processing. Currently, at the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Kate serves as a Human Resources Generalist and Operations and Marketing Manager, handling marketing and logistics for various professional education events. Prior to that, Kate was an Event Manager and Event Coordinator at the American Liver Foundation, overseeing planning, development, board management, and logistics for fundraising events in Chicago.
