Laura Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several government organizations. Laura is currently the President of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), a role they assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the President-Elect of GFOA from September 2022 to May 2023. In 2020, they were the Interim Town Manager for the Town of Berwyn Heights, Maryland.
