Deepak Karwa

Deepak Karwa currently holds the position of Additional Deputy Commissioner in Haryana since October 2022, overseeing various initiatives including district citizen resources, food safety, and social welfare programs. Previously, Deepak served as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Rural Development, and completed an officer trainee program with the Indian Administrative Service, achieving recognition for excellence in non-academic activities. With experience as a Project Research Engineer at IIT Bombay and a Chief Minister's Fellow for the Government of Maharashtra, Deepak has a diverse background in governance and public administration. Deepak earned a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
