Stéphanie Allard has extensive experience in international relations, trade, and diplomatic strategies. Currently serving as the Déléguée générale du Québec à Mexico since October 2017, Allard previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Tourisme Montréal and Vice-President of International Organizations at Montréal International. With a significant tenure at Global Affairs Canada spanning from 1995 to 2009, Allard's roles included Director of Trade Relations for Latin America and the Caribbean, Ambassador to El Salvador, and managing Canada's participation in the 2006 G-8 Summit. Allard's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Université de Montréal.
