Viktoria Skrivankova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Viktoria is currently the Head of Talent Unit at Úrad vlády Slovenskej republiky, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Project Manager for Attracting and Retaining Talent, Recovery and Resilience Facility at the same company from June 2021 to March 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Viktoria worked at LEAF, where they held the position of Head of Slovak Professionals Abroad Program. In this role, they managed a program with 5 FTEs and over 2500 beneficiaries.
