Viktoria Skrivankova

Viktoria Skrivankova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Viktoria is currently the Head of Talent Unit at Úrad vlády Slovenskej republiky, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Project Manager for Attracting and Retaining Talent, Recovery and Resilience Facility at the same company from June 2021 to March 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Viktoria worked at LEAF, where they held the position of Head of Slovak Professionals Abroad Program. In this role, they managed a program with 5 FTEs and over 2500 beneficiaries. Viktoria also designed and implemented a revenue-making strategy for the program and oversaw research activities and reports on the topic of Slovaks abroad.

Before joining LEAF, Viktoria worked as a Legal Trainee at the European Ombudsman from September 2015 to August 2016. Viktoria also had roles at the University of Essex, where they worked as a Big-e Award Project Assistant from September 2013 to June 2014 and as a Senior Adviser from January 2012 to June 2014.

Viktoria Skrivankova has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in European Law from Leiden University. Viktoria also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law and Human Rights from the University of Essex. Prior to their university education, they obtained a Maturita degree, which is equivalent to A-levels, from the Bilingual Grammar School of Milan Hodza. In addition to their formal education, they have received certifications in Introduction to Programming in Python from Coursera, Project Management from edX, and What Future for Education? by University of London & UCL Institute of Education from Coursera.
