Jim Frederickson

Jim Frederickson, CESCP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for GP Strategies Corporation, where responsibilities include leading teams in the delivery of training and technical services to Fortune 500 companies. With a career spanning over four decades, Jim has held various roles such as Project Manager at Technology Transfer Services, Training Manager at Key Safety Systems and Flextronics, and Training Specialist at General Physics. Jim's experience in the United States Navy as Chief Fire Controlman included significant instructional roles and leadership in advanced weapon systems. Additionally, Jim holds an Authorized Trainer Certification in General Industry Safety from OSHA.
