Dominic Tucker

Dominic Tucker has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Dominic began their career as an Information Technology Technician at Northampton College, where they were responsible for the installation and maintenance of IT equipment. In 2012, they moved to Fidelity EPoS, where they worked as an EPOS Hardware/Software Technician, providing support for multiple client sites, installing and maintaining EPOS equipment and software. In 2015, they joined Greencore as an Infrastructure Specialist, and in 2017 they were promoted to Senior Technical Consultant at Barclaycard. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Lead at Gr4vy, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for supporting client inquiries on the Gr4vy platform and across their products, troubleshooting any issues related to Gr4vy products and the client's integration, and acting as a single point of contact on the team for escalations during incidents. Dominic is also responsible for driving accountability to ensure delivery against SLAs and ad hoc reporting requests, as well as providing reports and updates on Technical Support activities to stakeholders.

Dominic Tucker attended The Open University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Foundation degree in Sports and Exercise.
