Raymond Seah is the current Marketing Manager at Grab. Prior to this, they were a Senior Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from February 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Regional Brand Manager at Hasbro from October 2018 to February 2021, and Brand Manager at Unilever from September 2017 to October 2018.

Raymond has extensive experience in brand management and marketing, with a proven track record in driving growth and innovation for various brands. At Procter & Gamble, they were the category lead for Fabric care in Singapore, and was responsible for driving growth strategy and innovation pipeline, leading the marketing plan and maximizing execution excellence. At Hasbro, they were responsible for regional brand management for Nerf in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong, as well as local brand management for Nerf, Monopoly and Disney brands (Marvel, Disney Princess and Star Wars).

At Unilever, Raymond was responsible for managing the Knorr brand. Raymond was responsible for driving category growth strategy and innovation pipeline, leading the marketing plan and maximizing investment to drive brand growth. Raymond also worked closely with various project teams based in Singapore, Thailand and Germany to align on brand direction and incorporate local nuances to maximize brand opportunity in local Malaysia markets. In addition to global/regional initiatives, they also led the development of a local cup snack flavor, working closely with the R&D team on local recipe development, packaging design and product USP.

Raymond Seah has a Bachelor of Corporate Communications from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and certifications from Hasbro in Circle Street Digital Marketing, YouTube in YouTube Workshop, Unilever in Connected World, and The HEINEKEN Company in Digital Innovation Marketing.
