Rita Jararatnam is an experienced professional in customer experience and workforce management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience for Grab in Singapore since January 2017. Previously, Rita held various leadership roles, including Regional Support at Grab, Head of Work Force Management at DBS Bank from 2015 to January 2017, and Senior Manager of MIS at Standard Chartered Bank. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of WFM at DBS Bank from 2011 to 2014, and Regional Manager for Projects and WFM at Datacom (SEA) Sdn Bhd from 2009 to 2011. Rita's career began at Maxis Communications Bhd, where tenure spanned from 1996 to 2006, culminating as Assistant Manager. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
