Wawan Maulana is the current Marketing Manager for GrabFood at Grab. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Customer Experience Manager for General Motors from October 2015 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading several areas including CRM, CLM, the Customer Assistance Center, Community Relations, Social Media Care, Dealer Marketing, and Internal Campaigns. Wawan was instrumental in initiating the Customer Database Enhancement Project which successfully added more than 30,000 new customer records to the CRM system. Wawan also successfully launched 11 new CLM touchpoints with a CTR of more than 23%. In addition, they were responsible for managing the 24-hour Chevrolet Contact Center operation and actively monitored issues from the community and worked with the sales and aftersales team to resolve them. Wawan also executed training materials from the global team to local social media managers on how to handle social interaction with empathy, effective response, proper social media reporting, and brand love. Lastly, they were responsible for the effectiveness of communication at dealer sites and developed dealership brand guidelines for Indonesia that included gathering customer insights on product acceptance and awareness.
Wawan Maulana has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
