Phil Seaton is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Grabango, where Phil leads teams through the core software challenges of building a distributed decision-making software system at enormous scale. With a background in architecture and engineering, Phil has experience in frontend engineering management, UI design, and teaching assistant roles. Phil focuses on driving whole-organization performance and building teams that can build more than the sum of their parts.
