Part Time Bridal Stylist - Gold Coast

At Grace Loves Lace your role as a Stylist will be to help brides express their unique style and personality. By offering expert advice, creating a supportive atmosphere, and showcasing our stunning collections, you will play a pivotal role in making each bride feel like the most beautiful version of herself.

We have a Part Time position that will rotate across a 3-day fortnightly schedule (8:15am to 5:00pm - 23.25 hours per week) that will include consistent weekend work.

Week 1: Monday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Saturday 

A GLL Stylist:

• Provides personalised one-on-one private styling appointments

• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience

• Has flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills

• Strives towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals

• Our teams are professional, yet down to earth and love what they do

• Has a reputation for being the industry leaders in personalized and friendly VIP service

• Takes individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories

• Multi-tasks between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone - working off an iPad they must have strong administration skills

• There is extensive product knowledge to be learned, so they have a high standard of commitment and work ethic

• Are the face of our brand, acting as our brand ambassadors we provide you with our beautiful products to wear while in the showroom

Experience and Skills required: 

• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service

• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs

• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey

• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range

• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills

• Highest standard of attention to detail

• Intermediate to advanced administration skills.

• Intermediate experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous.

• Our peak times are the weekend so the successful candidate must be able to work weekends
