David Ong Chong He

David Ong Chong David Ong is a Senior Proposal Engineer at Sigma Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities include driving RFP/RFQ processes, coordinating process design, and developing strategies for tenders. With experience as a Proposal Engineer and Design and Application Engineer, David has a strong background in water and wastewater treatment, including managing engineering documents and sourcing new technologies globally. David has also worked at Exyte as a Process Engineer and participated as a Student Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaya and is currently pursuing an MBA at the same institution.
