Colton Soref

Colton Soref has extensive work experience in various roles related to content production, filmmaking, photography, and business development. Colton is currently serving as the Head of Content Production at GRADIENT since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Duke Media as a Producer, Filmmaker, and Photographer, where they built a successful business architecture for independent productions. Colton also worked as a Senior Producer at MOI Global, managing production budgets and developing project schedules for clients like Oracle and Google. Colton gained experience in producing, directing, and editing web series at Anderson Street, where they also raised funds and managed production teams. Colton served as the Head of Production at Unraveled Studios, producing branded content for high-profile clients and being recognized as a top photographer. Colton was also a Co-Founder and Head of Growth at WeSideTrip, a curated directory of unique travel experiences. In the early stages of their career, Colton held various roles at TINT, Ostrow and Company, Operation Democracy, and Songs For Film & T.V., where they gained experience in business development, acquisitions, and event planning.

Colton Soref attended Woodberry Forest School from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their High School Degree. Colton then attended North Carolina State University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics. Additionally, they briefly attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics.
