Vince Romanin

CEO at Gradient

Vince Romanin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vince began their career at General Electric in 2005, where they served as an EID Co-op for three years. Subsequently, they joined UC Berkeley, initially as a Graduate Student Researcher from 2008 to 2012, and then as a Research Engineer from January to May 2013. Vince then worked at Abengoa as a Junior Researcher from May 2013 to September 2014. Following this, they were a Research and Development Engineer at otherlab from September 2014 to April 2019. In 2017, Vince became the CEO of Treau and held this position until July 2021. Currently, they are the CEO of Gradient, a role they began in May 2021.

Vince Romanin's education history begins in 2003, when they enrolled at the University of Dayton for their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Vince pursued their undergraduate studies for five years, completing them in 2008.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Vince Romanin attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2012. There, they pursued a Master of Science and PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Heat Transfer.
