Erica Caso

Erica Caso has a strong background in revenue management and hospitality. Erica has worked as an Area Director of Revenue Management at Graduate Hotels since 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Revenue Manager at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a Revenue Analyst and Reservations Manager at Highgate from 2015 to 2016, and as a Reservations Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Agent, and Food & Beverage Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 2008 to 2015.

Erica Caso attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
