Alex Martin is a software engineer and entrepreneur who is currently the Director of Professional Services at Grafana Labs. Alex has over eight years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on software development and integration. Prior to joining Grafana Labs, Alex was the Manager of Integration & Professional Services Engineering at Tenfold, a software company that provides customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for businesses. Alex was also the Lead Software Developer at Springbox, a web development and digital marketing agency, and a founding member of the Help.com engineering team. In 2016, Alex founded athletes.gg, a data platform for esports athletes, and served as its CEO until 2021. Alex began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Fordham University, where they assisted in setting up and performing experiments in physical chemistry.

Alex Martin has a diploma from Emmaus High School, an EMT Basic License from Montefiore Medical Center, and a degree from Fordham University.
