Eric Thirolle

Eric Thirolle is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support engineering and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Grafana Labs since July 2020, Eric previously held similar roles at Zenoss and Cisco, where responsibilities included resolving complex issues in IT monitoring and orchestration. Eric's earlier career featured positions at Lenovo as an Imaging Engineer and various roles at Tetra Tech, where a progression from system administration to project oversight occurred. Educationally, Eric holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Carnegie Mellon University.
