Molly Logan Carpenter

Molly Logan Carpenter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Graham Capital Management, L.P. since November 2022, Molly previously held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where from 2016 to 2022, legal coverage was provided for the Prime Brokerage and Securities Lending divisions, and from 2011 to 2016, for the Commodities division. Earlier roles included Associate positions at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and McDermott Will & Emery, as well as serving as a Legislative Correspondent/Legislative Aide in the Office of U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Doctor of Law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
