Alisa Jeter-Bender

Alisa Jeter-Bender is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a strong background in payroll operations and compliance. Currently serving as Director of Payroll at Graham Healthcare Group since April 2021, Alisa has also held managerial roles in payroll operations at Mercy Health and Bon Secours Mercy Health. Previous positions include Payroll Compliance Supervisor at Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, and EDMC. Alisa's expertise encompasses quarterly and annual tax adjustments, W-2C processing, and system testing, alongside extensive experience in HCM systems implementation and project management from earlier roles at AvantX Corporation and ADP. Alisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Geneva College and has additional HRIS education from the same institution.
