Horacio Herrera-Fajer

Director & Head Of Life Insurance Partnerships at GRAIL

Horacio Herrera-Fajer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, they served as a Dining Manager at Yale University for three and a half years.

In 2015, Horacio worked as a Teaching Fellow at the Yale-China Association, where they collaborated with the Communist Party of Changsha on educational reform initiatives and instructed students in the English language.

Horacio then joined 2Morrow Capital as an Investment Associate in 2016, where they sourced strategic partnerships, collaborated with partner funds, and designed a non-profit fellowship.

During the same year, Horacio co-founded ScreenCrack Media, where they implemented a marketing strategy, designed promotional content, and managed contract negotiations.

In 2017, they joined Science 37 as a Manager of Strategy and Impact, leading cross-functional teams and advising the CEO. Their role focused on driving GRAIL's go-to-market strategy and revenue generation efforts through new channels. Horacio later became the Associate Director of Commercial Partnerships and currently serves as the Director and Head of Life Insurance Partnerships.

Horacio Herrera-Fajer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Yale University. Horacio also has pursued studies in Law at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Economics at the University of Sydney.
