Nadine Rusczek (Peters)

Nadine Rusczek (Peters) has a diverse work experience spanning different legal roles. Most recently, they joined GRAIL in 2022 as the Global Privacy Counsel and Privacy Officer. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Chief Legal Officer at COTA Healthcare.

From 2018 to 2020, Nadine worked at Verrill Dana, LLP as a Partner. Before that, they held positions at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) from 2015 to 2018, serving as Deputy General Counsel and then Associate General Counsel.

Nadine began their legal career at Hogan Lovells, where they worked as an Associate from 2008 to 2011 and later became a Partner from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart from 2005 to 2007.

Nadine also gained experience working as an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 2004 to 2005. Nadine started their legal career as an Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP from 2003 to 2004.

Nadine Rusczek (Peters) has a strong education background with degrees from different institutions and fields of study. Nadine attended Brown University from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology. Nadine later pursued further education at Boston University, where they attended the School of Law from 1999 to 2002, earning a Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, they concurrently studied at the School of Public Health from 2000 to 2002, completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree.
