Sarah Larson

Sarah Larson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their current role as the Head of Talent Management and Experience at GRAIL, a healthcare company focused on early cancer detection, Sarah leads a team responsible for shaping the company's talent philosophy, strategy, and programs/practices. Sarah oversees employee experience, performance management, talent assessments, career development, leadership and manager development, and workplace experience.

Early in their career, Sarah worked at Levi Strauss & Co. as the Director of Worldwide Leadership Development and as a Senior Manager in Organizational Development. Sarah also worked as a Principle Consultant at Pricewaterhousecoopers.

Sarah Larson obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1995 to 1997.
